Associate Architects - Logistics Projects

AJ100 Practice with two studios is highly successful in the Logistics, Warehousing and Industrial sector and is seeking two Associates to join the team - one in London and one in the Midlands - with a view to moving up to Regional Director level in the short term. Location is flexible and can be remote/home based if required.

This award winning, two studio, AJ100 Architectural Practice has a deserved reputation across several key sectors including Logistics, Industrial, Commercial, Residential and Education. Recent success, together with future growth plans has created exciting openings for Associate level Architects to join their Logistics team. The role can be based in London, the Midlands or from home/virtual office as they are fully flexible on location.

Key Responsibilities

As an Associate you will be responsible for running projects and handling clients. The role will involve concept and project design, project appraisal and feasibility studies as well as client liaison and business development. Schemes are based throughout the UK and internationally.

Skills and Experience

• Qualified Architect with experience and thorough knowledge of the logistics and industrial sector, particularly warehouses with dock levellers.
• Strong design ability
• Experience of Revit and BIM
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ambitious, focused and dynamic with a ‘can do’ attitude
