Senior Coach & Founder, Paul Holmes
Paul has twenty years' experience of providing career services to individuals to help them succeed. He is a Member of the Career Development Institute and has a Level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance & Development.
This experience has been gained through working in Executive Search for many years, both in the UK and Internationally, where he has worked in all sectors and at all management and Director levels, helping clients achieve their business aims through effective recruitment. He has also spent many years providing Outplacement and Job Search Services to individuals.
As a Career Coach he has supported clients on their career journey, providing one on one advice and guidance to help them achieve success.
He also meets over 200 students a year to help them with their post-16 and post-18 options and beyond.
He is particularly interested in the impact that AI and digital technology is having on the future of work and what your career journey may look like in the future.
As well as working with individuals he also provides services to companies where they need to retain talent and implement succession planning. This includes mapping the career pathways of staff, analysing available skills and determining CPD requirements which helps the organisation to meet current and future challenges.
